Privacy Policy
Effective October 30, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Matrix (“we”, “us”) collects through Matrix AntiCheat, this website and the customer panel, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Discord or GitHub, we receive your account ID, name, email address and avatar from that provider.
- Organization and license data. Organization names, members and invites, license keys, the public IP addresses bound to your licenses, and license checks made by the plugin.
- Purchase data. Payments are handled by Creem. We receive the plan, amount, currency, date and your Creem customer and subscription IDs. We never see your card details.
- Cloud analysis data. When cloud analysis is enabled on a server, the plugin sends the movement and combat data and UUIDs of players on that server.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and request logs, used to keep the Service secure.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: sign-in, licenses, downloads and support.
- To process purchases and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To detect cheats through cloud analysis.
- To prevent abuse, such as license sharing.
We rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure Service, and our legal obligations. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Players on servers that use Matrix
Server owners decide to enable cloud analysis, and we process player data on their behalf to provide it. If you play on such a server, contact the server owner about your data first; we'll help them with any request.
Who we share it with
- Creem, to process payments.
- Discord and GitHub, when you sign in with them.
- Cloudflare, which stores and delivers plugin downloads.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the panel and our servers.
We also disclose data when the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your theme. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
- Account and organization data: until you delete it or ask us to delete it.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Cloud analysis data: up to 30 days.
- Request logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The panel isn't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data through it.
Changes
We'll update the effective date above when this policy changes and announce significant changes on our Discord or by email.
