Refund Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

If you're not satisfied with Matrix, you can request a refund within 3 days of purchase.

How to request one

Message us on Discord or email [email protected] with the email address you paid with and the plan you bought.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Creem.
A refund may not be in full: we return what we received, and payment processing fees aren't returned to us.
For subscriptions, the 3-day window applies to the first payment. Renewals aren't refunded; cancel before the next renewal from the Billing page to stop being charged.
After a refund, the plan is revoked and we won't accept future purchases of Matrix from you.

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. A chargeback revokes the license immediately.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
