Where to report bugs? ​

You can report bugs on our Discord Server. Open a ticket in the #ticket channel and we will help you.

False Positives ​

A false positive is when the anticheat flags a player for cheating when they are not.

In order to report a false positive, you must have these things:

• A video of the false positive (Must be the first person view of the player)
• Verbose messages(/matrix verbose)
• Server Version & Client Version & Matrix Version

Bypasses ​

A bypass is when a player is cheating and the anticheat does not flag them.

In order to report a bypass, you must have these things:

• A video of the bypass (Must be the first person view of the player)
• Verbose messages(/matrix verbose)
• Hacker's Client Name & Version
• Server Version & Client Version & Matrix Version

Crashes & Errors ​

If the anticheat crashes or throws an error, please send us the server logs and the crash report.
